Primary Studies
Our Primary study is the "Upadesamrta", NECTAR OF
INSTRUCTION, written 450 years ago by Rupa Goswami and then published by His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada in 1975 with a modern commentary. Rupa Goswami and his elder brother Sanatana Goswami were the Prime Ministers of Bengal under the Moslem conqueror, Nawab Hussain Shah.
Secondary Studies
Studying Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami's Summary Study of the 10th Canto of Srila Vedavyasa's
"Srimad Bhagavatam", KRSNA, The Supreme Personality of Godhead. The Vedas are the essence of all knowledge. They include everything knoweable to man: Military science, political science, medicine, fine arts and music, and epistemology-ontology-praxiology etc. Modern Indologists publish a bibliography called the "Catalogus Catalogorium". Most major research libraries have a copy.
Graduate School
Srimad Bhagavatam is the post graduate study of the Bhagavat Gita and the basic Vedic literatures and anyone who is serious about studying Srimad Bhagavatam must begin with a serious study of the first two cantos (SB 4.24.52.p). The Srimad Bhagavatam is the literary incarnation of God. The first two Cantos are His lotus feet (pada-padma) and then the later Cantos are His legs, waist, chest and finally the smiling face of the Supreme Lord.
