Madhurya-rasa--
the mellow of conjugal love with the Supreme Lord, as best exhibited by the gopis.
Madhvacarya--
a thirteenth-century VAISNAVA spiritual master who preached the theistic philosophy of "pure dualism," which maintains that the Lord and the living entities are always distinct from one another.
 
Madhyama-adhikari -
a second-class devotee, in the intermediate stage of God realization. who has received spiritual initiation and is fully engaged in devotional service.
 
Maha-bhagavata--
a greatly advanced devotee, a great personality who sees every thing in relation to the Supreme Lord.

the early morning ceremony to greet the Lord.

maidservants of the gopis.
Mano-vega--
the urges of the restless mind.
mantra-
a syllable,-word, or verse with special spiritual potency chanted or meditated upon to invoke spiritual understanding and realization. a pure sound vibration that delivers the mind from material contamination.
Manu-samhita--
the ancient VEDIC lawbook for human society.
Martya-Loka--
"the world of death"; the planet earth.
Marut (Vayu) --
the demigod in charge of the wind.
maya--(ma--not; ya--this)
illusion; forgetfulness of one's relationship with Krishna the material energy; the illusory energy of the Lord that deludes the living entity into forgetfulness of his real, spiritual nature. accepting something that is not real as real.
Mayavadi--

liberation from the cycle of repeated birth and death.

persons desiring liberation by merging into the impersonal existence of Brahman.
