Please accept my humble obeisances at the dust of Your lotus feet on this most auspicious day of Your Vyasa-puja. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

When I think of You Sri Sri Gurv-astaka comes to my mind very often. Just as a cloud pours water on forest fire to extinguish it, so the spiritual master delivers the materially afflicted world by extinguishing the blazing fire of material existence. I offer my respectful obeisances unto the lotus feet of such a spiritual master, who is an ocean of auspicious qualities.

Every where You go, You preach the message of Lord Caitanya. You don't care much about what is good for Your body, You just want to give Krsna consciousness to everyone. You do it so expertly in any circumstance. You judge human character and give everybody what they can take. You are so humble that people remember this most attractive quality for a long time and even if they meet You just for a minute they talk about You for months.

When You preach to devotees Your words touch their hearts and they become even more surrendered to Lord Krsna. You most expertly guide Your disciples. You encourage us and correct us in the way that we get inspired. I have never seen a spiritual master who cares so much for His disciples.

I am so happy to have Your association and opportunity to glorify You. I always wanted to meet saintly persons but I had been disappointed because I could not find any. Finally I got Srila Prabhupada's mercy and met You. You are truly the ocean of auspicious qualities because You preach bhakti and each it with Your life.

You are the source of my inspiration and my eternal father. Please, continue to guide the whole world and me. I wish that all Your spiritual desires will come true.
