Please accept my humble obeisances at the dust of your lotus feet! All glories to your divine grace! All glories to this most auspicious day of your Vyasa puja!
First of all I want to thank you for having picked me up from the miserable condition of material existence. You gave me second birth by the process of initiation and chanting the holy name of Lord Krishna. Having taken the responsibility of my spiritual life, you are always encouraging me to perform devotional service.
By the mercy of Lord Krishna, I now have the association of your divine grace. Through your kindness and compassion, you have expertly planted the seed of devotional service in my heart thus creating all good fortune in my life. Your faith in Srila Prabhupada and Lord Krishna has ignited a spark in to a bigger fire, which I pray will eventually turn into a blazing fire of bhakti.
Please Guru Maharaja, I beg you to kick all obstacles out of my way, so that I can serve your mission purely. While writing this offering I feel so incompetent. You are an ocean of compassion. It is not possible for me to repay my debt to you.
Srila Prabhupada has sent you to guide us to fulfil Lord Caitanya's mission. My restless and fickle mind always dwells on sense gratification. Only by remembering and endeavoring to follow your instructions it can controlled.
Please teach me how to surrender to your lotus feet, how to hear, repeat nicely, and how to follow your instructions without deviation. Please give to this wretched soul one-drop of mercy, so that your instructions and order will strongly develop in my heart.
I always pray to Sri Sri Radha Rasbihariji to always keep your divine grace in good health, so that you can always shower your causeless mercy on all the fallen souls.
O Venerable Vaisnava, because of my ignorance I have committed so many offenses at your lotus feet. I beg for your kind forgiveness.
Your unworthy servant,
Ram Krishna das
