In 1971 I operated a slide projector in the Kuala Lumpur Town Hall (Malaysia), to show slides of worldwide ISKCON activities after Srila Prabhupada's lecture. Srila Prabhupada sat on the Vyasa Asana on stage looking at the large screen to the side, frequently telling the devotee narrating the slides what to say. When the Rathayatra at London's Trafalgar Square was shown, Prabhupada asked the devotee to say, "No more Lord Mountbatten, now it's Lord Jagannath!"
In this way he indicated to the mainly Indian audience that instead of Lord Mountbatten ruling over India as the Viceroy, Lord Jagannath was conquering England and the rest of the world.
It was apparent that Srila Prabhupada liked slide presentations as a method of presenting Krsna consciousness.>
