Who Be Mahendranath?

Born 5/27/53, joined the movement in 1970, musician, construction, servant of the devotees. "As a pioneer I have found that to master any one trade is very nice but to jack them all is a mastery in itself."

Having fun at Pani Hati. Sponsoring and planning festivals like this will be the mode of the "JAI NIMAI NITAI" floating temple.

The computer I just built with the help of my son, Ramachandra. Its a K6, 233mhz, 64mb ram, Matrox Millenium II w/ 8 mb on board, 17" Idek Iyama, etc. The case is made from rosewood with oak veneer sides. One side totally henges open to reveal everything at ease. The drives are mounted on antique brass plates, salvaged from some odd machine. The chrome aircleaner you see on top of the case is just that. It is powered by a 4" cooling fan which pressurizes the case with filtered air. No heat or dust problem here. When the work station goes onboard the "JAI NIMAI NITAI", the filter will be modified with activated charcoal and a thicker element for salt water particle removal. The big black thing behind me is a bodacious speaker cabinet. There is one on each side of the desk. They are for outdoor amplification. They could easily handle a large auditorium. They have a capacity of about 3,000 watts. I only have 1,600 to feed them. I use them with kid gloves in the studio because they are hard to level and can put a new definition to the term feedback.

Testing my homemade ships' signal mortar. The design is basically Swiss. The massive trunions are held securely with my own brass cast trunion bearings. The frame is oak 4x4. It has a stainless adjusting bolt for elevation in case a person was to use it as a mortar. Me thinks sometimes I take the do it yourself thing a bit too far. The bottom line is that this flare gun on steroids is one heavy, loud and stinky way to signal somebody.
I don't shoot it off anymore because the devotees ask me not to... ...all of them... ...and some of the nearby neighbors too... ...some FBI people... ...but only one Secret Service agent. (just joking but it is too loud to fire whimsically)

Dear Prabhus,
On a serious note I would like to say that I am only happy when I am able to perform some nice service for the devotees of Krishna. If in the future I am able to serve you all in some pleasing way, then my life will be a success.
