I wish to thank all the devotees who helped to make this presentation possible. His Holiness Bhanu Maharaja has kindly translated these three works for the benefit of the English speaking devotees. He must have translated the Parikrama-khanda over ten years ago. I still recall enjoying reading it at that time. After taking part in the Navadvipa Parikrama last Gaura Purnima festival, I asked Maharaja if he had any plans for publishing his translation. He said he had none and that I could go ahead and do it. Then during the Calcutta Ratha-yatra, we met again and he agreed to take a look at the Pramana-khanda and then surprised me by sending the complete translation hardly a month later. He had also previously translated the Navadvipa Bhava-taranga. I want to especially thank Maharaja for his contribution. Akincana Krsna dasa helped in the initial stages of editing. He was followed by our Dadu, who I would like to also specially thank. He patiently answered my numerous questions. I am also obliged to Bhumipati, Deena Bandhu, Kiranasa, and Kurma Rupa for their valuable help. Maha Visnu and Uttama Sloka provided the pictures. Then Rasatala kindly helped with a donation for printing. I want to thank these and all the other devotees who helped and encouraged me. Again, I hope this presentation will find favor with the Vaisnavas so they may be pleased to bless us. |
