Home Programs

When invited a few members of our Namahatta visit a persons house for a cultural evening Program at their house. Their they perform kirtan of the holy names of the Lord which is the easiest method by which we can attain liberation from the pangs of birth and death and attain to the kingdom of god where there is no birth or death. After kirtan there is an arati ceremony for Srimati Tulasi Devi and their Lordships Sri  Sri Radha Giridhari. After a joyous kirtan and arati there is a lecture given by a senior person on the Bhagavad-gita As It Is, which ends with questions and answers. After everyone has received satisfactory answers to their questions there is a light meal served which has been offered to the Lord. And after that everyone leaves for their homes feeling relieved at heart.
If you would like to hold a similar program at your house then please contact: Krishna Rama Rao or Padmasambhava Das

Siksa Program

The Shiksha Program is a program of awards aimed at acknowledging and appreciating the spiritual achievements and commitments of Sri Sri Radha Giridhari's congregation and to support you as you advance in spiritual life step by step.
The beauty of Krishna consciousness is that we can take up the practices of devotional service to the Lord as much as we are ready for.  Krishna Himself promises in the Bhagavad-gita: "There is no loss or diminution in this endeavor, and even a little advancement on this path protects one from the most fearful type of danger."
Krishna does not say, "You have to give up your family, shave you head and live in a temple to practice Krishna consciousness."
No.  He  encourages us, "Just take a small step towards me and you will gain eternal benefit."
The perfection of life is to remember Krishna at the time of death, and if we do not practice remembering Krishna during our life, then it will not be possible for us to remember Krishna at the time of death. Therefore, Lord Chaitanya advises us to practice remembering the Lord always, twenty-four hours a day, by chanting His names and molding our life's activities in such a way that we can remember Him always.  The aim of the Shiksha Program is to encourage the chanting of Krishna's name and thus help everyone to remember Krishna.
The following are the different levels of commitment and  standards of devotional service that you can practice at home while carrying out your normal activities of life. You choose the level and standard that you can most comfortably practice and ISKCON shall offer you guidance and encouragement at that level and help you to gradually reach a higher and higher standard.
